supplements for endometriosis

Hi, I am sending best wishes to everyone. I have had two surgeries; they went well but I am experiencing severe pain and I am looking for natural ways to support my body. In any way possible. Attempting to educate myself on the anti inflammatory diet but the supplement industry is such a minefield. Does anyone have any advice on the best supplements to take for Endometriosis and the dosage?

many thanks

I have never found this information anywhere.

But what I have found is Henrietta Norton’s book how to take control of your endometriosis. She’s an EndoWarrior and nutritionalist. She has her own brand of supplements, I use her Endo Complex and you can get advice from Wild Nutrition as this is her brand of supplements.

Jessica Duffin, The Endo Belly Coach has so many free resources and I did her EndoBelly course and supplements are specific to your individual symptoms.

So I don’t think there’s a one size fits all but various science backed resources are what I tend to go with.

Sorry there’s no one sized fits all answer as far as I know x

One size definitely doesn’t fit all and background reading and working out your specific trigger pathways is key to self help along with medical care.

With any supplement it’s important to understand interactions with any meds you are taking and actually properly trialling them at the right dose. This means also insuring they are the absorbent version, best quality and really are the thing they claim to be. There are a lot of poor quality supplements out there. So those with licenses and used by professional nutritionists are the ones to prefer. Being an alternative practitioner I know all that glitters is not gold ….

That said qualified nutritionists and other alternatives have alot to offer us ! I like these sources @heal-endo , @leahbrueg and @corerecoverypt as solid well founded sources of support. Getting the inflammation down, improving gut function and basic physical realignment are important foundations for healing. As they say give alternatives a good six months by all means but if it’s not improving and you’ve not sought medical care it’s important too.

Look up some info on serrapeptase. I take 250 000 iu per day, must be taken on an empty stomach first thing and wait half an hour before eating any food.
