Lost from a new curve ball in my endo journey

I had my 4th laparoscopy yesterday (NHS). My previous three (2xNHS, 1 private) involved finding and removing endometriosis. This one however didn't show anything, yet I've been feeling pain that feels likefprevious endo pain - same feeling though less intense peaks and more moderate and often. I found it really hard to hear that they didn't find anything and it bought back all the feelings of being dismissed for many years before I was originally diagnosed. I now feel unvalidated again and lost as to what to do next. The hospital was really busy and I got probably less than a minute (in recovery) with one of the surgeons afterwards. I was crying and she did try to reassure me that my pain is valid and said it could be that it's something bowel related or there could be something in deeper tissue. But that's all I have to go on. Discharge just says "Normal looking pelvic cavity. No obvious endometriotic deposits noted". I've called the gynae dept at the hospital to ask for a conversation as they've not offered a follow up and it feels like such an abrupt discharge after such a long journey with endo and still with pain. I'm also wondering whether to try to get a private MRI with the private endo consultant I had before (if I can find the money - last time I could go private because of work health insurance, which I now don't have).

Has anyone else had experience of a negative/clear laparoscopy after previous endo removal, and with pain still present?

Thanks

Do you know what stage/severity your endo was at the previous 3 laps?

Thanks for replying. I don't know stage, but on my first it was found completely covering the back of my womb (July 2005), the second was more of a check and extra clear up from the first (Jan 2006), and the third (May 2013) it was found wrapped around my ligaments.
