Tens machines are a good option. Have you tried BeYou patches? I find them really helpful and also a hot water bottle - Always! Sending love xx

I take prescription strength codine with Naproxen, might be worth speaking to your GP and seeing if you can get prescribed something extra

Do you eat an anti-inflammatory diet?

Google Jessica Duffin of this Endo life, when you’re well as she has a fact sheet on natural remedies for pain. Her pain was a 10/10 and she’s got it to a 3/10 and this only last about an hour. Otherwise she is pain free.

It’s trial and error with what works for your body. My triggers are sugar and it’s taking time to find things that satisfy - this is a long-term Road and not everyone want to commit to X x x x

After years of painkillers and trialling lots of stuff that was great for others but a fail for me my magic is Omega 3 oil daily ( I use Omegacare by Biocare as it’s the dose :ratio that’s key of EPA / DHA . There are others ), Levagen ( form of PEA supplement and not pea protein btw ) and hypopressives physio . Gone from gabapentrins/ opiates/ paracetamol/ codeines/ etc to a very rare single dose of paracetamol for odd headache like most of the population.
