Can only suggest you try your GP for better/ different pain relief. Basically there are three types- opiates like codeine/ tramadol, anti inflammatories like ibuprofens or diclofenac, nerve pain meds like amitryptyline or gabapentin. You can use more than one type.
It can help to have a back up med for flare ups, maybe something stronger you don’t want to take all the time.
You say you are having tummy problems, something like Buscopan might help with cramping, it’s for IBS but some people with endo find it helpful.
Hope you are able to get some help soon.
How awful, I know how you feel. None of the meds really work for me. Nurofen plus or solpadol for sleep. I did go to emergency doc with the pain and then rang every day for a cancellation to see surgeon. They seemed to take me a bit more seriously because I’d been to edoc. Now getting a hysterectomy in 2 weeks. Sending loads of hugs. I really hope you find relief x
