Nikki please speak to someone! Samaritans number is 116 123 and they also have n email address if you’d prefer to chat via email. They are an excellent resource if you’re in distress or despair and will be able to chat through things with you.

Hi thank u I'm ok today. Just them days u get when ur feeling low I dont speak to them as they dont help me. I've been referred to mental health on long waiting list for that also.

Glad you’re feeling a little better today. Please know people do care. I work in mental health and I hope you are seen soon. If you feel you need help any sooner then do contact your GP again and let them know if you need more urgent support, unfortunately it’s one of these things that you have to keep on to them about. Hope you have a better day today c
