Hi everyone
So I’m on my 3rd private gynaecologist and he recommended that I have the zoladex injection for 3 months to see if it works for me?
Anyone else have any experiences with this and does it work for them?
Thankyou everyone 😌

Hi, when I was first diagnosed I was given Zoladex for 2 years (Endo was stage 4) along with HRT and it really worked for me, no bleeding, little pain. I did worry about bone density but was given a density xray and all was good. It might not be the same for you but just wanted to say that sometimes there is relief xx
HiI also had a really good experience with zoladex. I was on it for about a year. Like SLIB I had stage 4 endo and adenomyosis. Before I was on the injections I had terrible pain and was on tramadol. Being on zoladex allowed me to come off all painkillers and return to work while I waited for an operation. It’s been three years since the surgery and my pain is coming back so I’m going back on zoladex with HRT while I wait for an appointment at the specialist centre. Hopefully it works for you too as it really gave me my life back while I waited for the op.
Hi, I had 3 month diagnostic Zoladex beginning in march this year, my pain went almost instantly! I’m scheduled for full hysterectomy 1 week today 😬 I would advice taking hrt as that was my only downfall, the hot sweats were awful but once the hrt kicked in I was fine and felt like a new person. I took regular B 12 as well as advised on here due to the possibility of affecting my bone density. Hope this helps a little x
Zolodex with tibilone HRT have helped get severe pelvic pain under control for me.
