Hi all my lovelies

I had my surgery done on 10 November They removed ovarian cycle on my left side, all the endometriosis on the walls endometrioma cysts. It was 3 hours surgery. Well after that i am concerned about the stitches. They said it would heal itself amd dissolve.

What care i should do for it and i am still not like 100 percent feeling active. Staying home started doing some housework but still off from work.

My back hurts , cant stand straight and for long time .

If you guys have any suggestions

I would be happy to hear 🙂

Hey, it took me a few weeks to get back to normal activities, I tried to do a little bit everyday even just walking around the house. Your stitches will disappear on their own just try and keep them clean 🙂 I found that a hot water bottle on my stomach helped with any soreness and pain xx

Hi lovely. I don’t have any advice, I just wanted to reach out & say I’m with you on this. I had my lap & excision last week so totally get how you feel at this moment. I’m beat!

Although it’s uncomfortable & I can only do it for little chunks of time, I’m really finding that walking & gently moving about is making a big difference each day. That & letting myself have a long siesta in the afternoon!

It’s major surgery - don’t rush yourself back to work. Your body needs time to heal. XX
