My question is can you describe how adenomyosis pain feels to you?
I got diagnosed last year with a laparoscopy due to infertility and found stage 4 endo which was excised plus adeno. Both a surprise as no pain aside from period pain.
Now following a few failed IVF round, pain and bloating is almost daily. Endo specialist says the endo won’t have returned and sounds more like adeno which they can’t do anything about whilst I’m trying to conceive.
I find the pain and feelings difficult to describe. I have frequent lower abdomen severe bloating and very angry, inflamed and aggravated feeling which is like a mild constant pain. The only way to describe it is inflamed and irritated. I also occasionally get sciatica which wondering could be linked. Doctor says it is probably bad due to IVF hormones (which I stopped in august!).
Is there anything you find helpful to reduce it?
Thanks

I had endo excised and tried naturally for 5 months after but unfortunately no success so we moved to ivf. I’m 35 with low AMH so didn’t want to wait too long before trying IVF. Wishing you all the best post lap!
