I’m really struggling like most of us! But please any advice? I had surgery back in July which shown adenomyosis ( no endo apparently) and scar tissue on my bowel (surgeon removed most but not al) however since every time I bleed I have really bad bowel problems pain, lose bowel then constipation etc. I don’t know why I get this if I haven’t got bowel endo? Is it worth asking for second opinion? I’m sure I had a good surgeon but it don’t feel right?

If you aren't happy with the information/diagnosis given then you are well within your rights to ask for a second opinion.
I don't know if it helps set your mind at ease, I also have bowel issues (like you've described - going from loose to constipation with incredible sharp stabbing pains) and I defo don't have bowel endo (as confirmed in my most recent lap in Sept 2021). I do have adeno, and my uterus is twice as big as it should be, which places it a lot closer to the bowel than it might normally be. As adeno causes your uterus to be so bulky, there's a lot less space than usual.
That said - if you think you have bowel endo, then I would defo say you should get a second opinion for either peace of mind, or treatment if you are right!
Hi - I had a lap in July and they found endo on my ovary, in my Pouch of Douglas (it was pretty messy) and my womb was stuck to my bowel. I also have adeno. I had it excised and I have the coil but I still have horrible bowel issues at the time of a bleed, although last month it was just spotting, however the bowel issues remain. I get mucus and blood from my bottom during my period and horrific pain. I also have a very tight pelvic floor which I am working on with stretches, yoga and breathing. I have cut gluten, dairy, soy etc and am mostly veggie. I have also found I need to drink at least 2 ltrs of water a day or I get constipated. Before my surgery I was swinging between constipation and diarrhea but this has mostly settled... I think there is so much inflammation in the pelvis it takes a long time to settle down. Adeno can cause bowel issues for sure. I think my womb presses on my rectum which is very annoying and there can be quite a bit of pressure. If you want a second opinion you could ask for an MRI to see if they can spot anything? It's just the most awful thing, I feel for you x
