A little advice please

So, I’m currently awaiting a laparoscopy and have been suffering really badly this month. I’ve had dizziness along with other symptoms, the week leading up to my period and the past two days on my period have been heavy with a lot of blood clots (normal for me) however, today, I had the biggest clot I’ve ever had. It was about the size of half of my thumb! Does anyone else suffer with dizziness and blood clots? Anything help?
