Endo back??

I was diagnosed with endo in Dec 20 after having emergency lap for ruptured 8cm endometrioma, right ovary and tube were removed during lap and bowel had to be detached from abdominal wall. Had zoladex for 3 months after op. Had my first cycle again in May 21 and since June I've been getting intense abdominal pains on and off - the pain comes on suddenly and my tummy feels rock hard especially high up around the belly button area. I have lower back ache every day and the sharp shooting left leg pain has also returned. My abdomen is swollen so much I can't button clothes, I have constipation and need to take laxido to make bowels move - even after movement it doesn't ease the bloating! Had gynae app at the start of the week, left ovary looks fine and they think these pains could be adhesions?? Have to take provera 30mg per day for 3 months to see if this helps me!

Has anyone had similar experience.. is this endo back?

Hello. I was diagnosed with endo in 2014 after having a cyst and then 2x surgery. I have been on provera for years now - 3 x 10mg a day. The good news is I have no periods now and no stabbing pain. The pill is also meant to stop nodules growing. I have a few and have avoided more treatment since taking provera. Definitely give it a go!! Pain is horrible and this pill is allowing me to live practically pain free. Hopefully you can do the same. Good luck
