What can I do to get my periods back om track after a lap?

Hi again everyone. I had a laproscophy in April and left tube removed. Want to ttc baby 2. Was told to try straight away. Had 2 26 day cycles now its gone to 48 days and this month on day 33 with no period yet.

Is there anything I can do? Naturally or medically? Does it mean my endo is worse? Can alternative therapies help? Gp suggested ivf but area rules say you don't qualify with a child already and husband dead against it. Feeling time pressured and like I have constant p m s
