Pain worse at night

And constant fatigue - does anyone else get this? What can help? I sometimes feel exhausted just from walking around the flat

I'm sorry to hear of your troubles. I've also been experiencing increased fatigue recently, like even after 9/10 hours sleep I wake up and still feel like I've been hit by a bus 😵 also my pains are usually worse at night. I'm fairly new in my Endo journey but I do wander if pain gets worse at night because we're lying still for a long time, even though it can be tiring I find walking/gentle exercise can sometimes help the pain (obviously can't spend the night walking though!) I've been taking Curcumin which I think has helped with inflammation/discomfort. Also I was taking Norethisterone 3 x a day for a while to avoid symptoms whilst on a work trip, and this actually cleared up most of my symptoms which was amazing. I've finished the course of it now, but hoping to get more from the doctor. I think for the fatigue its helpful eating nutritious foods like lots of bananas, nuts, high iron foods- I have a lot of green veg with lemon juice- the lemon helps you absorb much more iron from the veg. Sorry I don't have any more groundbreaking tips, but I hope it's of some help!

hi hun how's u doing? I'm sorry to hear that ur suffering 🙁 I find getting to sleep easy it's staying asleep, pain wakes me up constantly I'm lucky if I sleep 2 hrs a night, I have to have a nap around mid day just to get through the evening 😂 I also find the pain is always better in the morning and gets worse as the day progresses, In my experience (24yrs of this crap) I think it may be the amount that we do in a day that's why it always feels worse at night, maybe? 😂 chronic pain is exhausting in itself, I hope you feel better soon if you want to chat plz pm me xxxx
