Woe is me

I'm in so much pain, I woke myself up screaming everytime I fell asleep in the night because I'd move out of the carefully placed position I'd cultivated.

I feel dramatic, I feel a fool and I feel alone.

I dont feel like this is a life.

Suddenly hit unknowingly by a stomach 5 times it's normal size and pain thats unbearable. Given my PMH I never know if the pain noe is an indication of something more significant like a ruptured and uncontrolled bleeding cyst. But I'm just exhausted in every possible interpretation of the term.
