Pregnancy straight after lap

Please can someone offer any advise?

I had a laparoscopy on the 29th May where they managed to unblock my tubes. I thought the delay in my period was due to the surgery, but to my amazement I did a pregnancy test and it was positive feeling like it was a faulty test after 8 years of TTC I did 5 more all positive. My question is has anyone experienced this? And gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? I’m so nervous and my doctors don’t seem to want to do any early checks (I’m aware ectopic pregnancy risk is higher after tubal surgery) my consultant is on annual leave for 2 weeks and I’m going out of my mind. I only have sore boobs, and I’m tired but not much else? Is it worth paying private for an early scan? Does anyone know what the protocol is?

Never been in your situation but as someone who has horrid panic attacks I would be getting a early scan so you know either way ♥️
