Help is this normal..

So I have had a 4/5 year journey before going private to get my laparoscopy - long story short I keep putting the op off as I’m petrified and I need to loose around 1/2 stone. It’s a vicious circle for me with having endometriosis and wanting to snack and not eat proper foods as I’m constantly exhausted I haven’t had my op yet. I have visited a&e once as I honestly could not sit down and they said they thought womb lining had been pushing through and had moved when they attempted to do an internal (didn’t get far as previously told by consultant she couldn’t check with the camera inside as it wouldn’t work for me) it was agonising and I cried for days around the pain: things have settled well I say settled but are much the same but the last 2 months have been honestly unbearable. This period is coming on week 3 and it’s getting heavier and heavier. I have had the most horrific pain in my right side of my back and all my lower stomach to the point when I go to sit or stand now it takes me all my strength and I feel so faint with it. I feel sick and don’t want to eat just sleep. I hate going to the doctors so have been taking my tramadol but it is doing ZILCH this pain has progressively gotten worse each day for the last 3 days and I don’t know how to deal with it or if this is normal or do I go to a&e ? I should mention when I went and they done an ultrasound my ovaries are stuck together in the centre of my stomach and this is wher I’m getting extreme pain raidiating round to my lower back, I get no comfortable lying place.. as you can tell is 1.25am and I’m in agony!
