Hi all... quick question, I've noticed I'm becoming more and more nauseous running up to my endo flare. Really struggling today sat at my desk trying to concentrate on my computer screen...and although I could do with having a lay down,I can't.
Has anyone tried the motion sickness patches at all? I take ginger and Prochlorperzaine tablets (prescription), but just don't seem to be touching. I feel like I'm taking too many tablets, what with the daily painkillers etc. Just wanted to try alternatives?
