Hi ladies,

I was diagnosed with endo in 2014, I suffer from horrible ovulation pain, migraines, pelvic pain and PMS. In general I am in pain when on my period😫

I have been changing a few things in my lifestyle to try and get ahead of the inflammation.

So I started using these sanitary pads Over the last few months. I have noticed that they really do help with my pain, and also they are light enough to absorb my heavy flow. I thought I would share on here. I have contacted the company to see how I get my hands on more - let me know if anyone is interested. They are natural and there is no bleach in them which is usually as the rest of the other brands use bleach and all sorts.

DM me for more info.

That sounds good :) I've been using washable ones and honestly it's so much better than paper disposable. I'm going to try a cup this month, as that's supposed to help even more with cramping.

This sounds awesome. I wanted disposable options - I didn’t ‘gel’ with washable ones that’s why these new ones are changing my life right now! Glad to know you are also seeing improvements!
