Complaints??

Hi, hope everyone is doing ok, so I'm not having a lot of luck with my specialist (I know there is this thing called covid19 🙄) but I'm sure they can still email, call or send a letter! Even my gp have been trying!

So my question is has anyone made a complaint? If so what's the best way to do this?

I have tried calling PALS but they are just as had to get through too 😕 so thought I might have more luck asking u lovely lot 😊💛
