Endometriosis diagnosis

I am really struggling with my doctors at the moment as they have said it is highly likely that I have endometriosis, but they are virtually impossible to get a hold of. I’m struggling with my symptoms a lot at the moment, does anyone have any tips for pain relief and also any advice on clothes to wear when bloated?

I've found that CBD oil is very good if you use it regularly (I use a brand called Endoca, but it's expensive). When I'm really struggling I use paracetamol, ibuprofen and 30/500 cocodamol (prescribed from the GP).

In terms of clothing, if I don't have to go to work I'll wear joggers, leggings or pyjamas which are roomy for my tummy. If I want to try and mask it, then some stretch jeans, with a loose fit t-shirt. A long scarf is pretty good for draping in front of your tummy and disguising it!

Hope you're improved soon, I totally empathise. <3
