Laparoscopy booked but no symptoms

Hi, I was referred to a gynaecologist for abnormal bleeding and it was discovered that I had a small cyst on one of my ovaries. This was monitored over time and has now grown to over 6cm on one ovary, and I’ve also got a 3cm cyst on the other ovary. The consultant has said they are chocolate cysts and I also have kissing ovaries. The last time my bloods were checked I had a ca125 level of 75. I’ve been recommend to have a laparoscopy to have these removed and it’s due to take place next week. The thing is, I don’t have any symptoms at all and I’m now freaking out about having this procedure. The consultant is fairly confident I have asymptomatic endometriosis and basically told me I’d be best to have the cysts removed while it’s still possible via keyhole and to make sure there’s nothing ‘untoward’ in them Does anyone have any experience of a situation like this? Thanks.
