I recently had an ultrasound scan and got my results back - luckily, everything looked normal. There was free fluid in my cervix but, the doctor was concerned by this. However, he said he would like me to get referred to a specialist and endo doesn’t show up on scans - I’m just glad it ruled out other possibilities!
So, am currently waiting to get referred which I can imagine will take a while but, I am feeling slightly positive until that time comes! Can anyone tell me what I could except from this??? And having nothing on my scans, does this mean that the likelihood of having endo is less likely or should I still be somewhat concerned?
Thanks all

As you have said yourself endo does not show up on scans you will need a endo specialist to confirm only someone confident in identifying endo on a scan will see it x
I have had a few transvaginal ultrasounds that have all been clear and show nothing to worry about and then was diagnosed with stage 4 after my laparoscopy. Who knows when it comes to the ultrasounds, it depends on if you have cysts or not as they are easier to see on the ultrasound.
