Endonetriosis, adenomyosis and IVF

I have stage 4 endo but have recently also been diagnosed with mild adenomyosis. I'm currently undergoing ivf and I was wondering if anyone had a successful pregnancy with endo and adeno either via ivf or naturally.

Hi, I’m in the same boat as you, have severe endo (on bowel, uterus and ovaries all stuck together, large 9cm cyst on right ovary and 3cm cyst on left ovary). Aswell as moderate adenomyosis. My specialist have advised us to drain the cyst and go straight on IVF. We are currently waiting to hear from the hos re IVF waiting times before deciding if we should go private. I would like to hear more about ur journey if you don’t mind! I’m quite worried about it all. Best of luck!
