Has anybody else had extreme pain in belly after gettin prostaap injection???

Do you mean pain from having the injection in your stomach?I'm about to have my third injection and things have been pretty rough for me with endo symptoms going into overdrive and irregular bleeding not looking forward to another month of this!!!

Well the location it went in is sore but I mean I’ve had really bad pelvic pain since 2 days of having it and also had an extreme case of thrush come with it which I havnt had in years🥺 anybody else???

Injection site is a little tender but all my endo is causing extreme pain and cyst on ovary....nurse said it can make things worse before they get better but this is silly!!! I got thrush the first month but that's gone now think that's because of your hormones.

I had 1 prostap injection and then 4 zoladex after that each month. The first month was awful, every symptom increased but after the second injection there was a massive improvement, no bleeding since and pain has gone, leading up to the due date of the next injection I get mild symptoms but mostly just emotional. I can honestly say the injections have changed my life, physically and mentally, I didn’t realise how much my moods were affected by all of this. As soon as I told my consultant the difference it had made after the first 3 she booked me in for a hysterectomy which I’m getting done in 2 weeks.

The information on this site was so helpful and I don’t think I’d be where I am now without it.
