I’m the same taken some tramadol but it still feels like someone is trying to drag my uterus out. And the hospital are so useless just pump us with painkillers then sent away once again.
We’ve got this though. Just be strong, drink some water, get a fresh hot water bottle and try to relax!
Sorry to hear that you’re suffering I was the same again last night I live in Staffordshire, and you? And I’ve heard weighed blankets are great - I’ve been using CBD oil I’ve just ran out and waiting for some more I can’t say it kept me asleep every night but I did find when I woke up I could get back to sleep so much easier than what I do without it I definitely recommend let me know if you’d like the link to where I brought it from will mail it to you 😊 I don’t do anything I don’t check my phone I just check my fit bit for the time and try and close my eyes for as long as possible. I also have a V pillow do you have one of those? X
We can get through this lovely we will, I hope you start to feel better soon and some effects from the surgery. Don’t be a hero though they need to help us so be sure to keep telling your doctor how you’re feeling.
I have my 6 month old puppy here with me keeping me sane he’s been a blessing really he gets me out for a walk everyday and that has really helped with the mental side of it all. ☺️
Things will get better and we’re all stronger together x
Thank you very much for your understanding and support - means a lot. I feel awful when I reach out to people in the middle of the night who I don’t know but as I say I can feel quite alone on my own x
