Hey everyone!

I’m having a terrible flare up this last few days where at stages I have been doubled over in pain unable to barely walk. Each flare up seems to be worse than the last but this time On top of my usual pains, I’ve getting almost like cramps inside my bits and also the very bottom of my tummy where it’s almost spasming and like a burning pain. Does anyone else get this? Any advise on remedies or things to help?

Thanks in advance! 💜

Im so sorry to hear, I know such pains too.. Please dont suffer in silence. I would go to hospital and get a pelvic ultrasound ASAP to see whats going on. They can at least get a good look at your ovaries and uterus. Get some bloods done. I had crazy pain and one of my endo cysts had bled and a I had a very serious infection with raised white blood cells and inflammation markers through the roof. I need 4 days in hospital on antibioics to recover and was lucky it didnt get any worse. Get it checked out ASAP.
