I have just got out of hospital. I have been there for a week on morphine and tramadol with others pain relief ect. Things seemed to ease off a little due to being at rest. Now I’m home even stairs are causing more agony than ever before. I can’t get in and out the shower. I struggle getting out of my bed and I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m waiting for an operation but the consultants know for sure it’s endometriosis.. they have been holding my hand through out my stay as I have been heartbroken from it. So much agony and so much stress, I’m mentally and physically drained. I’m on crutches as it causes my left leg to go weak and in pain, however I can’t seem to get my self about. I’m on everything I was on in hospital at home. Someone please give me some advice 😞

Hi Dear.. really sorry to hear your pain...
the struggle is not easy at all...
do you have a tens unit?
I find it helpful to put a bit of heat on your lower back and in your iliac fossa... helps a bit with the leg pain. Also, if you can put your legs in a pillow or something to elevate them to help your blood flow.
Feeling each one of your words deeply... sending you loads of hugs xx
It’s awful when the pain hits so hard. Do you have any possible date for op? Maybe your GP can push a bit.
Are you getting constipation? I find the pain is worse if I don’t take laxatives.
Hope you don’t have to wait long
Hi Endy
I’m 5 weeks after my operation and I’m still really poorly - glad I’m not working.
Since 4am Sunday morning I’ve been in agony.
I’m ringing drs this morning - still really struggling and don’t know why particularly or where to seek help... not sure what to say to her but I guess just say it how it is
