Is this endometriosis?

So, where to start? For the past 5 years I have had trouble with my periods. Firstly, I went 11 months with no period, many, many trips to my GP, no answers. Then for about 5 months solid, I had extremely an extremely heavy period that lasted the entire 5 months and long story short, this has been going on for 5 or 6 years, I'll go an extended time with no period and then have a very long one. I've been tested for PCOS, had 2 gynaecology appointments (where I wasn't even examined down there in either) and now am waiting on a fertility clinic appointment. Endometriosis has been suggested along with many other things, even menopause. I'm 28, but I've yet to receive a formal diagnosis of anything. As for other 'symptoms' I constantly have a rock solid 'pregnant' stomach, so visible that on a nearly daily basis people are telling me I look 6 months pregnant. I'm in so much physical pain from my hips/back area everyday that by the end of the day I can barely walk. My feet and ankles are constantly swollen and I never feel good. Add in constant mood swings, terrible anxiety and real bad mental States, I feel like I'm going crazy. Nobody seems to 'get it's and I'm just a constant mess of emotions and suffering a lot with my mental health and physical health. I've tried so often to get answers and I just feel like I'm in a never ending loop of blood tests and other tests that don't show any answers. My partner and I have also been trying to conceive for over 3 years and still no luck. I was just wondering if this sounded similar to anyone else's experiences? I literally feel like I'm screaming and nobody can hear my pain. Any help/advice would be so appreciated. TIA.
