Excision of endo and fertility after - advice..?

Hi

I'm due to have excision of stage 3 endo in next couple of weeks. Main hope is to improve fertility but I'm concerned it might make everything worse (endo symptoms as well as fertility).

Those who have experienced excision - what is it like? any advice? and....what has been the longer term outcomes for you?

Hi Miss, I am on the waiting list, so not yet got the experience but I read that you can lose a lot of eggs during a laparoscopy. This worries me a lot as I already have extremely low AMH. Check this before proceeding if you can. Xx

Hi I had excision for stage 4 endo done in July 2014 to improve my fertility. I then managed to successfully get pregnant naturally 4 months later.

Honestly I had a great 4 years post surgery and in 2018 it got worse again so I am back on the waiting list for further excision due to further endo spread but to also help my fertility yet again.
