I had my telephone appointment with a member of my gyne team, he basically said that my pain will just carry on getting worse but I’m just a bit confused because if the removed all the endo in my surgery why am I still in pain?
Also it’s been six weeks since my operation and seven weeks since my last zoladex injection and yet no sign of a period yet can anyone give me some advice on this.
Thanks

I’d ask the hospital for copy of the records and go from there.
I finished Zoladex a couple of months ago, no period, but pain/discomfort seems to be getting worse, so it might have been doing more than I thought. No period, but not sure if I will.
6 weeks on from your op you're still recovering so it'll be to early to tell if it's helped or not. The pain your feeling at the could very well be the healing not the endo. It usually takes few months to heal internally before you'll start to be able to gauge how it's helped. Depending on how much you had done it could be longer. 6months after you'll be able to tell how much it has helped. As by then you'll likely of had a couple of months where you've actually finished healing to know who it's going.
Re them telling you that your pain will just get worse. Sounds like they were out of their comfort with your endo. Have they told you what stage you were, or the severity of it? If not I'd recommend getting a copy of your notes ASAP.
Was it a BSGE centre and gynaecologist? 6 weeks is definitely too early to tell if it's helped or not. You'll likely be healing for 4+months internally, from extensive excision. So try not to think of this pain as endo pain but recovery.
Regarding all having pain later it is totally possible for a number of reasons. If you still have endo pain one you've finished healing all about being referred to a pain clinic.
