Waiting for diagnosis

I have been suffering with endo symptoms since January, always suffered terribly with periods etc before hand and finally am on a waiting list to see gynae.

I feel like I've been fobbed off so many times before and originally got told my pain was just muscular.

Ultrasounds and blood tests came back fine but I feel awful and it's really starting to get me down.

I started a new job in July and so far I feel like I've had alot of time off. It's not necessarily for pain but I get moments where I know I've worked too much to done too much and I hit a wall of exhaustion, my joints end up in agony, the aching and throbbing in them is unbearable and I feel like I'm getting the flu.. does anyone else experience this?

I know my work have been really supportive but I'm worried they will get fed up.

The problem I have is im still waiting on a proper diagnosis and my work place doesnt allow for any breaks and getting to the bathroom is difficult too as it's to do with biosecurity.

Any help or suggestions of how I can manage exhaustion that doesnt seem to improve even after sleep and severe joint aches would help so much. I dont want to take so much time off work but when I feel like that it's impossible to do a whole day at work. I've even thought about asking to limit my hours until I've got answers but I dont know how they will take that and I really need this job!!
