Is anyone taking tibolone as a HRT? How are you finding it?

I'm 26 years old virgin girl. I'm currently used Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02mg)+ Desogestrel (0.15mg) one tablet per day (20 months completed). I'm using this tab for back to back for 63days. Now I have heavy bleeding with clots during this tablet. May I use zoladex with tibolone?. How to use this tablet? please explain me.

I have been told by consultants and I have done an enormous amount of research, HRT can reactivate endometriosis. We are on Zoladex to deactivate our hormones so going on to hormones is counter productive. Perhaps discuss this with consultant and research also for confirmation.

I’ve just had my 2nd Zoladex injection for fibroids. Was given Tibolone at the start. So far no side effects but bleeding hasn’t stopped in-fact some day its been much worse I m hoping it will stop soon 🤞

Hi. I’ve just had my first zoladex injection and have just started Tibilone. I was assured over and over that the dose of this HRT will not reignite the endo, it is a small dose purely to mitigate the effects of the Zoladex. Hope that helps anyone, and please reply if you have any more experiences of this combo. I’m at my wits end and need some relief. I’m 46 now and have suffered with this since my early teens. Had multiple surgeries and had been on Danazol for years with great effect, but had to stop as worried about my bones and my liver. Now my symptoms are back with a vengeance and I can’t have a hysterectomy as I’m now such a surgery risk and would likely end up with a colostomy as they’d need to do a large bowl removal... am praying this works!!
