Hi does anyone else get high rectal pain and severe lower deep back pain with endometriosis?

Yes. I also have foot and leg pain too.

How long does your back pain last? I'm in agony.. been in bed all day .

Yes i have back pain almost all the time (75%) and then pevlic pain during ovulation and menstration

Yes , I have back pain most days to the extent that I can’t do long walks without having to rest at intervals . Waiting for tests to see if this is endo related , this is likely to be long due to Covid . Get pelvic pain most days too

I’ve found swimming helps and a Tens machine and regular pain killers

Yes, get it horribly when im on. I find lying with a hot water bottle and also regular pain killers helps, also hot bath. Sometimes yoga helps a little to distract from it and stretch a bit. Also sitting on a cushion. None of them get rid of it outright but i find one or a combo helps alleviate.

Thanks so much for all your replies and advice. I find it such a comfort knowing I am not alone with this awful disease.
