Hi I’ve started to get really bad abominable cramps. I went to the emergency drs pre Covid and they said to take buscopan. They said that because I had no other symptoms it must be linked to my possible endometriosis. Today I have horrible stomach cramps and nothing is helping. I’ve had a bath, used my heat pad and taken buscopan. Does anyone have any advice?

Call out of hours or go to a n e. Don’t put up with it and get them to manage your pain properly , they can’t just give you buscopan and send you in your way. It’s ridiculous .

I agree with the previous comment to seek medical care, especially if things are getting worse and treatments such as a heating pad used to help and don’t anymore.

I also use an herbal treatment of cramp bark to help with period cramps. The Vitanica menstrual support brand has some vitamins and electrolytes added. Get confirmation that there isn’t something more complicated going on, though.
