Yes very much so.

Inflammation with interior adhesions in or around the bowel causes the bowel to become less flexible, with possible reduce width and nerve damage which can slow the bowel down.

There is increased hormone Estrogen in Endo sufferers.

The poo, gas and Inflammation can effect bladder, walking, leg pain, groin pain and the sciatic nerve.

I have suffered many years.

Hope you can something to help you. I use 10 Tens Machine.

Is this the case even after a laparoscopy? Cause I had one in March and I'm still getting piles & constipation

I'm still on the waiting list for the laparoscopy due to covid it has been put on hold, I was meant to have it in April so I dont know if it's going to help if not I'm thinking of having the piles cut off as when I get them I cant walk without being in so much pain.

Hi, your high Estrogen level. Perhaps diet.

Try coming off all products with wheat in it.

Wheat bloats the stomach. Also the stomach/body might be struggling with this illness. Milk also maybe causing issues. So try lactose free. Take bio Yogurt like Koko or bio culture tablets from health shop. Take soluble Vit C every day. Eat plenty of soluble fruit fibre, plums, prunes, potatoes.

Don't eat food with Estrogen in it, like soya milk /products, avocados etc.

Try this for 3 weeks.

It does help a lot.

Best wishes.

Thank you for responding, I have really bad leg pains and sciatica too. Have you had a diathermy ? If so did it help at all with the legs and bowels?

No I haven't.

I have used Tens machine. Set it up with the right speed and intense takes time. If you go down that root I will tell you more about my time with the Tens.

Heat pads, Acupuncture with frequenty electrodes at the NHS Pain Clinic. But you do need a good operative!!!

Yes! Suddenly came on 5 years ago 😩 pcos, endo and adenomyosis. Literally a pain in the butt. Add a little ibs and heyho!! I’ve worked out drinking lots of water, eating lots of veg, exercising and trying to chill out helps - it’s a bit of a mission but it helps. Good luck.

Try Chamoile Tea.

Fennel Tea is the best for me or Belladonna for bowel cramps.

Buscopan made it worse!
