Haemorrhagic ovarian cyst bleeding symptoms?

Has anyone experienced a haemorrhagic cyst on your ovary that was bleeding into your pelvis?

If so, did you have any symptoms (besides ovarian cyst pain) that you or your doctor knew to be linked to it?

I have Severe Endometriosis and I had my second lap surgery 5 weeks ago and one of the things they found were 2 haemorrhagic cysts, one on each ovary and one of them was bleeding into my pelvis. I forgot to ask more about it when my specialist came to tell me what was found and done while I was drugged up at the hospital. I have to wait 2 months for my post op appointment to ask her questions.

I've never had a haemorrhagic cyst or internal bleeding before so I've just been trying to connect the dots and find out if there are any symptoms that I need to be aware of in case it forms and bleeds again. I have no idea how long I was walking around with it. I've only had a "normal" ovarian cyst before that was constant pain and then it burst so I am familiar with the ovarian cyst pain but that's about it.

Also, if you had it treated surgically, did you experience any concerning symptoms like frequent dizziness, extreme tiredness all the time, heavy chest or face going pale a lot, for example?
