Hello again

Has anyone tried pain relief patches or tens machines.

If soo do they help are the tens machines worth investing in.

Need to try and manage this pain. Been allergic to most pain relief is not helping my situation at all.

I’ve used a tens machine and I don’t feel like it helps me personally - for some it does.

Something that does work for me are the BeYou monthly patches - they’re natural and take the edge off my pain. I’d recommend these!

I was just reading about them today. Do you just use them when you feel you need them?

They’re great for any time I feel I need help with the pain. I’m trying not to rely on pain meds so much because I’m worried by body will build up “immunity” against them. Popping a patch on and just leaving it there for 12 hours is wonderful. Their CBD muscle balm is a godsend too
