I'm here for some support. I have endometriosis confirmed from a previous surgery. Recently I was put on meds to stop my period for 6 months. Now I got off the meds and my period is heavy, painful and I have vomiting and diarrhoea. Sorry for the gross details. I cannot keep food down and it's been an absolute nightmare. Today is the third day and I'm a little better but still bleeding quite a bit. Does anyone know what to eat when this nauseous. I've tried and I just land up vomiting. Thanks for listening

Try to give your body a rest, maybe try Dioralyte, it can help keep your body hydrated after being sick. Fluids are important. If it continues speak to your GP

So I have constant non stop 8/10 nausea every day. It goes up and down throughout the month but never goes away. I take nausea pills that are intended for chemo patients (they are literally $5 a pill 😳). I have 15 chronic conditions....

So my suggestions are frozen foods. I make freezies (I can’t keep liquid down most days except these) with frozen fruit and 100% fruit juice. Freezing grapes is a good one. Chicken noodle soup, especially home made always helps. If you can tolerate fluids peppermint tea is good. If you’re dehydrated a sports drink will help if there’s a flavor you can tolerate as it has electrolytes and salt in it which you need to not get dehydrated. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

Thank you Noodle. I'm doing much better today. So sorry to hear that you go through this every cycle. How long before the weakness goes away? I'm feeling drained and my period is almost over. Pain mostly gone just fatigue
