Lump after excision surgery

Hi all

I had an endo lump removed on the 15th June which was in my C section scar. The lump was causing me endless amounts of pain. I haven’t had the results yet but I’ve been left with a good ball size swelling. The stitches look fine and I feel much more mobile now but I’m terrified I’m going to be left with this hard ball on my left side. Any advise please? I have rung the hospital and they have said that it’s likely to be trauma to the site.
