Bladder pain

I suffer with stage 4 endometriosis.

I have been diagnosed with an overactive bladder due to pelvic nerve damage caused by my surgeries and the disease itself. So I have to go to the toilet 40+ times a day.

However, yesterday I made the mistake of going into town with my mother forgetting all public toilets were closed.

Finally we found one open in Sainsburys.

My bladder got so full I was in so much pain before and after actually going to the toilet and today I’m in a lot of pain all around my bladder.

It has happened before, I just wondered if anyone else has the same problem?
