Hi all, I have suffered with endo for many years now.
Almost two years ago I started suffering with sciatic pain in left low back, going down leg to foot. I’ve had all the investigations which found nothing so myself & my surgeon think it’s caused by my endometriosis. It’s become a chronic pain and left me unable to do normal daily activities & not able to work.
I have changed my diet so not eating things I now know aggravate my stomach and endo. I used to go to gym regularly but feel my body is falling apart & feel so unfit.
Can anyone recommend a pt that could help me get some fitness back that would benefit my pelvic area & sciatic pain & endo symptoms?? I’m so scared to do exercise on my own as I keep pulling muscles in other areas.
Every time I get to a positive place something sets me back & it’s really playing with my mental health.

It might be a good idea to research posture and exercise, that will help prevent pulled muscles. It may help to have a couple of massages to help stretch, de-knot any tight spots. There are links to upper back/rib area that can loosen the hips.
As another thought do have flat feet or high arches, if you do could be worth an appointment with podiatry for insoles, this would also help posture. Getting the right ones can make such a difference.
I’m not sure how this would go with endo, but lying on the bed, bring your knees up and gently/slowly rock you hips/legs from side to side, can be useful for sciatica.
