I'm reaching out to all you girls who train consistently and who have struggle toning up. Especially tummy/thigh area.
I feel the time and effort I put into training the chubby parts should of toned up long ago. Its starting to really annoy me now.
I train five days a week when my endo allows. I can usually get a sold three weeks training until my endo starts bothering me. Then I have to slow right down. But those three weeks I can smash out some intense training sessions.
When I am training its a mix between cycling, yoga and strengthening. Still my stomach and thighs are so chubby and im sure its getting worse.
My diet is amazing, I don't eat rubbish or drink fizzy drinks or alcohol.
I am very lucky im able to train and I really appreciate that but I was wondering is there was anyone else in my position? Is there a health care professional I should try and see? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I have the exact same issues. I don’t train as intensely as you but I do train and I do watch my diet , yet my stomach and thighs ( in particular my stomach has never flattened) I’m at the point where I’ve made a pact with myself that I will get a tummy tuck. This is a long way off as I’m saving for a mortgage and going to Uni. But I’ve been burdened by my stomach for such a long time it’s something I’m going to do for myself. When my endo belly strikes too it just makes me so incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Sorry I couldn’t be of any help, but I’ve exhausted the same ideas myself. Only thing I could suggest is a personal trainer maybe? I had a taster session and didn’t like , but could be an idea?
I have the same thing! Most of my weight is on my tummy and it looks terrible 🙄 Like I'm permanently 5 months pregnant 😭. I found that power walking with my head up (weird I know) engaged my abs well and I used to go boxercise as well. But I've found normal walking is also great for stomach weight loss and running when I feel up to it.
Chloe ting on YouTube is meant to be great for ab/stomach work.
What's your height and weight like? To have toned abs and thighs you need quite low body fat percentage. I'm 5.8" 60kg and have flabby stomach but I never really work out my mid section. When I was only 56kg my stomach and thighs were very lean.
I'm due my second lap in a few months and planning to get a personal trainer to get really toned before to speed up my recovery.
