Zoledex withdrawal symptoms

I’m highly emotional and on the verge of panic attacks then being drained of energy but cannot sleep. Anyone experienced this when coming off zoledex? How long did it last and anything that helped?

Can you speak to GP, maybe the pill /HRT would help balance the hormones and emotions at the moment. I’m on four of six with HRT. I know the instructions to GP was carry on with HRT for a month (I think the length) after the last injection.

They’ve taken me off hrt because I’m waiting for ablation. I don’t quite understand why but they don’t want me to have hrt or an injection too close to the op which I have no date for. They’ve said they will give me one if I really need it but to try and hold off

Sorry, no idea on that one, is that the GP or gynaecologist that said it? Did they say how close was too close, given that you have no date? If it a matter of stopping two weeks from op this seems a bit extreme.

I hope you manage to get something organised. Try and keep in mind it’s hormones playing havoc rather than you having oanic attacks if that makes any sense. Magnesium may help, it can be good for balancing, digestion, stress and calming, we tend to be short of it in general.

Thank you I’ll look into it. It’s my endo specialist but he’s not very good at answering questions. They want me on the list for July but can’t guarantee it
