I've been in lockdown since mid March, not going out at all.
Since April my cycle has changed. I usually come on every four weeks, almost to the day. I did have it a bit off just beforehand, so cannot say if it's due to lockdown.
But since mid April I am now coming on every three weeks exactly, every third Sunday.
It's getting to me a bit now though as I suffer enough and now it's coming around even more quickly.
Has anyone else had a change during this time?

I’m guessing 36 is a bit young. I know we can be peri menopausal for up to 10yrs before the menopause but that still would make you too young going on averages. ☺️Xx
34? Do you think. I think my mum was about 50 when her menopause started, the same with my nan.
I suppose it could be, I had a look, I don't seem to have any other symptoms, no weight gain, fatigue, if anything I have more energy. I seem to be the opposite of a lot of the symptoms.
So sorry I meant to type 34☺️ Like I said I’m sure you’re a bit young to be peri menopausal. And like you said, you have no other symptoms. If you’re concerned about your change in cycle you maybe speak to your Doctor and see what they suggest😊. X
Yes, looking at it, I don't have any other symptoms at all.
I think I might have a word with one of my GP's. I just don't want to waste their time, and I cannot go there, or have bloods done as we are an at risk household, so we're isolating (not following the government guidelines, we're staying in).
Totally understand you wanting to stay in. No matter what the government have said, you have to do what’s right and comfortable for you☺️ All the easing of measures are going too fast for my liking.
With regards your GP, you won’t be wasting their time that’s what they’re there for. It could just put your mind at rest. Really hope you get it all sorted.🙏🏻😊. Xx
Yes, they are for mine. I don't trust it at all and as we are at risk, we're keeping ourselves safe.
Thank you, I've given my GP a call and they've given me a phone appointment tomorrow. I'm expecting they'll say they'll need some blood work done, but I'll see. Even if it's just to talk through what it could be.
Thank you for the help and reassurance. I always am concerned about wasting a GP's time, I suppose they're there for exactly these type of things though!
Just a quick update on this, my cycles went back to normal around August, Spetember was back to exactly 4 weeks, one time I had a little shorter, but then we've been back at 4 weeks again.
I had forgotten, but as my symptoms are very extreme, if I have something to do, somewhere to go, I took norethisterone to delay it and without realising it, I was using it more and more, the year before I had been using it almost monthly and carrying on using it if I had something the next week, and one month I accidental took a lot of them as I mixed them up with my anti-sickness tablets when I was on my period (obviously I thought the AS tablets weren't working so kept taking more without knowing I was taking more hormones which stopped it by the end of the day).
The Dr suggested had I been on the pill and then I realised had been using them so much!
