Does anyone find that after they have had a night of drinking their pains are severely worse? Not sure if this is usual or not

Alcohol caused a lot of flare ups for me so I stopped drinking even tried different drinks but they all did it, I tried a shandy a few weeks ago and yes it still gives me bad flare ups, not sure what's in it to give you them, I'm on painkillers everyday now so couldn't drink even if I wanted to 😟 xx

For me there are two sides to the alcohol question one is the contraindications between the alcohol and my medication but more for me it was being used to a certain level of pain! When I drank it gave me a different type of relief and helped me temporarily relax then when it wore off the pain always felt way worse.

I definitely think alcohol makes my endo worse! I have to avoid any with wheat/gluten 100% (and others vary) otherwise an hour after I have it I am in agony.
