Hope you feel better soon too

It's a big part of the condition, feeling tired and weak unfortunately. Try and rest when you can as pushing through tends to make it worse. Do things you enjoy that relax you as much as possible.

My mum was worried that I could have Fibromyalgia because there are days where I just sleep all day, it's a good day if I can make it to 9pm without falling asleep or needing to have a nap throughout the day. Sometimes it feels like my body is made of lead and even holding my phone takes all my energy. I'm glad I have another symptom to arm myself with when I confront my GP again.

I hope you're all doing well x

It's very common to have fatigue with endometriosis. Just take it easy with yourself and understand how much your body is fighting.

Sending you love and strength x

Yes I’m exhausted every day and now because of bladder endo issues I’m only allowed one small coffee a day.

My 87 year old Grandma has a more active life than me.

Best wishes xxx

Can I ask what symptoms of bladder endo are?

I have endo in a few places but feel like it's spread recently.

Thanks!

Of course.

I need to wee all the time and it’s really uncomfortable when my bladder is full.

I went to see urogynaecologist recently who told me to follow an alkaline diet which has helped a bit but still needing toilet at least 30 times a day. It’s so annoying!

She advised that any surgery for endo can aggravate the bladder.

I’m waiting for a cystoscopy to check for endo inside and maybe another procedure to stretch it 😖but don’t know when that will be due to covid situation.

Best wishes to you, i really hope it hasn’t but if you feel it has spread it probably has unfortunately ☹️

Yeah anything with caffeine and artificial sweetener I’ve been told to avoid. Before I followed the advice of the urogynaecologist I was drinking coffee, Diet Coke and vimto and needing toilet upto 60 times a day.

Being Tired all the time was one of my most worrying symptoms.

I have always been fit and healthy (heavy periods aside) mild back ache was my main symptom when things were bad.. Even with my endo flare ups I still managed to get to gym 4-5 times a week. But after my 1st lap... This weekness just took over every part of my body.. My GP felt it mayb a result of the drugs used to knock you out for surgery cos up until age 38 I never even been inside a hospital let along had surgery... Roll on 2 yrs later... 3 surgeries in total n am knackered all the time. In August as the suggestion of a friend I started going to a chiropractor.... Honestly after about 8 sessions I noticed such a difference in my engery levels..... So much so that I was back running again. Didn't know myself not having migraine each month when my period hit so he help me there too... But roll on to march and the lock down.. I feel am back to square one again.. Its been 12 weeks now not been able to book an appointment and am just hanging to get back to see him. It is expensive but I honestly felt worth every penny. My guy does have an interest in fertility too which is good as am awaiting a new start date to use donor eggs. It's def worth a shot!! Hope u feel better soon
