Just wondering does anybody get really bad aching legs with endo, especially at night before going to bed.. it can sometimes take me ages to get to sleep.
I can also get really bad lower back pain - I’ve been told I’ve got endo but if you’ve read my recent posts you’ll know I’m waiting for laparoscopy
Any advice
X

Yes!!! Do you find it feels similar to what we’re referred to growing up as ‘growing pains’? My legs get quite achy and like, numb without being numb if that makes sense? Makes it so difficult to get comfortable! I use pain gels to try to help it xxxx
My whole life I’ve had “achy legs” which I’ve referred to as “growing pains” - but given I’m now 30 I stopped growing a while ago! They almost feel unattached to your body, but with a constant ache. Luckily hot water bottles help, but it’s so horrible! x
I take an over the counter medicine called "Restless Legs" and rub my legs y feet with pure blackseed oil. It stops the pain and relaxes my legs. 😊 I hope this helps a bit.
