Has anybody got any pain relief ideas when your body starts spasming with pain? I tried massaging the white tiger balm into my torso last night which seemed to relax my muscles & took the edge off the pain. I wondered if anybody else had found anything that has helped. Whilst I can take ibroprofen for headaches I can’t take it for endo pain as the two things together seem to trigger gastritis. Whilst the tiger balm seems like a good idea whilst I’m at home I can’t really start slathering myself up whilst I’m out & about

Not sure if it will help you but have you tried buscopan? I know it is linked to IBS but my dr gave me a prescription of b6 and buscopan ontop of the usual painkillers. It is an antispasmodic and I personally found it helped take the edge off. It did not stop the pain altogether but I manage to work through it. I also use those stick on heat pads and find that helps too. Again doesnt make it go away just makes it bearable to carry on rather than mooing in agony. Maybe worth a try? Good luck and I hope you find some relief.
Hi, spray on magnesium helped me a lot. It does not smell and easy to use.
I started amitriptyline 2 weeks ago and I'm 98% pain free. I suffered from excruciating cramps that had been waking me from sleep almost each night. I was very sceptical when my GP suggested amitriptyline but it started to work after the first dose!
