Hi oh yes I suffered with this so badly throughout my bad endo. If you don’t already take an iron supplement I’d advise you do as despite GP saying I was not anaemic - I was. We lose a lot a blood and the endo bleeds inside during periods and it’s hard to keep iron topped up. Even a multi vit with iron anything will help. Liquid tonics are good they absorb better. As dizziness is a symptom of low iron. I used to wake up and not be able to get out of bed the room spinning. Horrible. Of course dizziness can be caused by other things too low blood pressure low sugar levels hormones. But I’d start with a liquid iron vitamin and if no better I’d see the GP. I take anti dizzy pills called Cinnarizine that help. Think you can buy in chemist. I sympathise. I’ve had this years and it’s scary. Take care. Oh and also drink lots of water dehydration is a biggy too. x
Hi I’ve had it for years. Definitely linked to my Endo and hormonal imbalance. X
Ask your doctor for blood tests for iron, ferritin and vitamin d. I agree with the other post that supplements help. I found that eating well can help you too. If you have heavy blood flow I have found eating good quality meat and bags of unsalted nuts helps but everyone is different, maybe keep a food diary and see what works best for you take care xxx
I had exactly the same experience the 1st time but fortunately I was in my own bed at the time but it was still terrifying, like being in an earthquake and the floor collapsing under me.
I am considering now going through the balance risk assessment ( audiologyisland.com/service... ). Keep you posted on the results
