Can anyone recommend a good pillow for my back or legs?

As with many I struggle with back ache. I’ve recently had to switch to sleeping on my back but need a good pillow for the small of my back or my knees to help. I have a new pillow for my head which is good and my mattress is ok. I tried a half moon pillow but it doesn’t help and squishes to much. I’ve looked at pillows but can’t afford to get an expensive one or one that doesn’t help. I’m also short which probably makes a difference. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks 🙏

I am a side sleeper but is amazing for any position.

They usually make offers from time to time. I got 2 of 35 quid. Check ebay as well as you can find some good offers there. Hope it helps

A pillow isn't enough to fix your back pain. To start with find some exercises for your back on youtube. I had the pain for a 3 month and after a week of stretching it didn't hurt anymore. Sleeping on the floor might be a good solution as well. And if non of these helps, there're good non-expensive mattresses you can try. Here's my guess royaltherapysleep.com/
